Rejection: It’s All About Perception formerly known as The Root Volume 1: Rejection
was written by Maria to help people develop a balanced outlook on rejection. She desires for people to understand that rejection is a part of life that should not stop you from pursuing your dreams and fulfilling your purpose in life. Rejection can truly be a blessing in disguise protecting you from unseen harm and preserving your for better opportunities in life. Furthermore, rejection should be used to make your better not bitter. Personally she realized the unhealthy view of rejection hindered her from living a full and productive life. Her identity was based solely on the opinions and expectations of people. She disregarded the unique qualities God deposited into her, viewing them as worthless. It was not until she began to embrace what God said about her in his Word that she began to experience a genuine life of joy and peace, filled with passion and purpose. Maria gives glory and honor to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for every blessing and accomplishment in her life.
